No one can interpret an EKG without actually looking at the tracings. A better focus for you is to determine why, at age 19, you have hypertension. You should explore with your doctor the possible causes of hypertension at your young age.  For example, do you have a family history of early onset hypertension? Hormone problem? Overweight? Narrowing of the renal arteries? He or she could also review your EKG with you.  You're doing the right thing by being proactive in your health.
