Dear Plaisance,
I can’t really comment on a specific diagnosis for your symptoms. Fatigue is a common complaint and could be due to a variety of things from serious to not so serious. Dark blue cuticles could indicate a low amount of oxygen in your blood but is a nonspecific finding. I would make an appointment with your family doctor or internist to have a complete physical and any testing needed. Hope everything turns out all right.
