Need a Congestive Heart Failure Specialist

My father has a very rare and extensive history of heart attacks, strokes, congestive heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.  About three years ago he had a defribbilator implanted. We would like a second opinion on my father's condition.  He is only 52.  Do you have any specialist at the Cleveland Clinic who could help in this area of heart disease?  Thank you in advance for responding.

We have a special center - The Kaufman center for congestive heart failure - that specializes in these type of cases.
