No pulse in blue feet

No pulse in blue feet

I have severe arteriosclerosis, no pulse in my feet and they turn blue, having another ABI next week..My question is this, I only have collateral veins supplying legs now, what if anything can be done for this? Claudication is unbearable, the disease is termed panvascular in me.. will I lose my legs?
Thankyou for listening..the dragon,

dragon,

Sorry to hear of all of your troubles. People often forget thatatherosclerosis is a systemic disease and can effect all of the  vessels in the body.

Your options really depend on what the pipes look like. My recommendation would be to seek care from a specialist that specialized in peripheral vacular revascularization procedures.  He/She can evaluate whether you have any percutaneous or surgical revascularization options.

good luck
