Pain After Meal

I erroneously posted this under "Echo" as a comment----should have been my posted question to the doctor.  Sorry

Sometimes after I eat a large meal, I get a dull pain under my rib cage about where the left breast muscles are, and also on my left upper side (stomach/colon).  The pain goes away when my meal settles.  Do you know what may cause this?  I have had heart workups, and two years ago had a sonogram of the stomach, spleen, esophagus, which showed nothing.  Also had the lower part of the colon test.

This may represent gastroesophageal reflux.  You may try to reduce the size of your meals and see if this helps.
