If you are having any new symptoms following a cardiac procedure you should speak to your physician/cardiologist immediately. Although ablations are a relatively safe procedure when performed by an experienced operators, there are still a variety of complications that can occur. Given that you are also on a blood thinner, it would be extremely important to be evaluated by a licensed physician to ensure that there is nothing serious causing your symptoms.
