I recently had severe chest pain.
My ecg reads Probable Lateral Infarct. 3 Q>25 or 2 Q>35 mS 1, aVL, V5-6
Sinus Tachycardia
Artifact in lead(s) I, III, VI Rate 120 PR 108 QRSD 99 QT 306 QTc 432
Axis P 87 QRS 74 T 51
My question is can anyone help me undersatnd with is all means ?

Dear Jake,
The best person to help put this together for you is your doctor.  Most of those numbers are technical measurements on the ECG.  Depending on your clinical picture there may or may not be some significance to them.  Have you tried asking your doctor about the results?
