Hi,
I was wondreing what exactly causes pressure in chest upon standing.  This pressure is accompanied by
a slowing of heart rate and dizziness.
I've had an ECG, stress test & holter monitoring that all came up fine.  I had these done for chest pain
which I've experienced for quite some time but, this pressure is relativly new.  I have a resting heart rate of around 100
bpm. I'm currently taking enalipril (don't have high blood pressure yet, taking it as a diabetic precaution). And I take
novo triptyn.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Sue

Also, when this pressure happens my heart rate drops.  It beats slowly as if it suddenly has a hard time pushing the blood through........odd.
Thanks
