i recently made a trip to an emergency room due to mild chest pain and what felt like an irregular heart rate and they performed an ekg on me and said everything looked good. while at my doctor's office on friday i had a chance to look at the ekg results, it said "irregular sinus bradycardia." my doctor listened to my hearbeat and said the heart rate change upon inhalation is an arrythmia which is normal in young healthy hearts. but at the emergency room the doctor listened to my heart rate and said my heart rate sounded variable. since then i've noticed my heart rate seems to vary in speed from time to time as well as speeding up when breathing in. and i've continued to have some off and on mild chest pain. i've also noticed i seem to get slightly winded easier than i think i should. i'm scheduled to see a cardiologist on june 15. what is a irregular sinus bradycardia?

I'm a 35 year old, black male diagnosed with PVC's. The only test performed was wearing a holter monitor for a 24 hours.  The PVC's occur approx. twice daily and only last for seconds, and then all is fine.  Is there any further test I should request from my doctor? Are PVC's life threating? Can PVC's be caused by esophageal spasms? I know these questions my sound silly, but I need to know.  My job is really stressful and I was previously diagnosed with hypertension which is no controlled through exercise. Please help. Thank you.

You should probably post your message as an original message not as a reply to someone else.  The docs probably wont see it there.
By the way,  PVC's are a normal part of the heart beat.  In most cases entirely benign.
