thanks for the post. ischemia is a common cause of arrythmias and given your anginal symptoms might be leading to some of your episodes.
fibrillation is a difficult arrhythmia to deal with. there are multiple issues including keeping your rhythm maintained, anticoagulation to prevent strokes and controlling your rate if you were to go into or stay in fibrillation. Some people benefit from an ablation to maintain sinus rhythm, most need some form of medications though. if the maintance of sinus rhythm and avoidance of any new medications is that important, my advice would be to seek evaluation in a center that specializes in atrial fibrillation.
