Dear Jim, thank you for your question.  The best approach to your problem is not to eat certain medications that would lower your triglycerides (there aren't many), but to avoid medications that cause the triglycerides to be increased in the first place.  You should avoid saturated fats (red meat, fried foods, heavy dairy products, fast food, etc.) and foods high in cholesterol (egg yolks, liver, red meat, etc.) while eating more fresh fruits and vegetables and complex carbohydrates.  Also, it would help if you could do daily aerobic exercise for 30-45 minutes.
