Weak blood pressure + tachycardia + chest pain (part 1)

Hi,   First post on this forum, had post some questions on the anxiety board but I think my problems are half anxiety and half heart related.
Last week I saw my Cardiologist, had a holter monitor 1 month ago, a stress test on the treadmill last week and he reassure me that I had nothing wrong with my heart,  and he RX another beta-blocker to reduce my blood pressure but it's seem that something is wrong with my heart cause my blood pressure is weak, can be high for 3 weeks and suddenly fall into the low range for 2-3 weeks and will be high again after,  it's like that since 1 year.
Strangely, last week it was very high cause I had a lot of appointments at the hospital with lot of blood work and other tests  but I Can't imagine myself on a beta-blocker drug since 2 days cause it's now very low, really not in my usual range, since 2 days it's at 100/50 and I feel bad. My usual blood pressure is 130/80.
Since more than 2 months, i'm having long lasting fast pulse rate, especially in the morning, at the ER they told me it was supraventricular tachycardia but my Cardiologist say it’s only the anxiety who make my heart react strongly to the hormones (adrenaline and others). Every morning, my pulse rate in the 140 range and more if I walk in the house and 90 to 100 sit. With the panic disorder problem, it tend to trigger panic and if I have a panic attack at the same time than the fast pulse race, the pulse can reach 241 or more.  I ask to have a events recorder for 2-3 weeks and my Cardiologist say it's not neccessary and put the blame on the anxiety.
