angina?

angina?

I'm a 26 year old male that has recently been experiencing more frequent sharp, stabbing pains in my left side of my chest around the nipple area its a sharp intense quick pain that only lasts a few seconds and i can sometimes feel it in my back, (a brief cardio background) my cholesterol is relatively good LDL 122 total cholesterol 144 HDL low 22 and triglycerides 205 my BP is around 130/82 and resting HR of 66-78bpm. I am a smoker (trying to quit) I think because of my age and my BP and cholesterol that its most likely not a cardiac condition (I could be wrong) My question is what are the odds its cardiac related vs. say pericordial syndrome or Pleurisy

This is not cardiac.  It is most likely some sort of a musculoskeletal chest pain.  Pleurisy or pericardial disease is possible but without any other symptoms very unlikely.
