hi, i am 24 years old and been to the doctors a few years ago, i was having ECG tests, blood taken, and some test where i was layed on a bed and then turned up so i was vertical for few minutes. i was diagnosed with something which the doctor gave me the nickname for syncope or something like that, i am starting to get pains in the left side of my chest just under my peck, i go to the gym and workout and do cardio and some weight training , i was wondering if the training or stress could be makin these pains or do i need to go and see my GP???

I think your pain is related to the training and maybe even the stress.  Make sure you stretch well before all workouts.  I wouldn't be concerned about this coming from or being related to your heart.
