dizzy spells

by PJ, Oct 06, 2000 12:00AM
Both my neighbor and I have been having dizzy spells on and off for the past couple of weeks now. Our husbands have not nor have our children.  We are both in our mid to late thirties and notice the dizziness most when we bend over. Could this be due to change in weather?  Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated as we are quite perplexed.

Dear PJ,
No, a change in weather doesn't usually cause dizziness.  It's not uncommon to have some transient lightheadedness when one bends over as I'm sure others on this forum can attest to.  If this continues or worsens you may want to have it checked out. Hope this helps.
