This is a severely high blood pressure and needs to be acted on immediately.  You will need at least two, maybe even three medications to control this.  If this is new onset high blood pressure.  Other tests should be done to rule secondary causes of high blood pressure, such as renal artery stenosis, etc.  You definitely will need to have a diuretic such as hydrochlorothiazide as part of your antihypertensive regimen.  This should be started by your PCP as long as there are no contraindications.  Go see your physician ASAP.
