I have been diagnosed with Septal Hypertrophy what would the treatment be

It depends on the degree and cause of the hypertrophy, whether there is an LVOT obstruction or mitral regurgitation, whether or not there are significant ventricular arrhythmias, and whether or not you have any symptoms of passing out, dizziness or lightheadedness.
For those with mild or no symptoms a calcium channel blocker or beta blocker is usually sufficient. For those more seriously affected, open heart surgery and additionally a defibrillator can be used to treat some of these patients.
