There is nothing I see on your echo that sounds like the cause of your syncope.  They are variants of normal or only slightly abnormal.  The major concern with syncope is something like valvular disease or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.  Ask your doctor if your echo shows either of these.  If you are having syncope at home you need a thorough workup by your physician, including an ECG and a check of orthostatic blood pressure.  You may benefit from a Holter monitor, which is a monitor you wear home to monitor your heart rhythm.  If this is all negative you may benefit from a tilt table test or other neurologic work up.  Please follow closely with your physician.

Best of luck.
