There are some reflexes which can cause hypertension and low pulse if you have increased intracranial or intra ocular pressure. I would make sure that if you have increased intraocular pressure, why this is and that this gets relieved very soon, because if not then you can have loss of vision. Another cause of the vertigo following surgery such as the one you had is loss of the central hormones which control volume homeostasis. I would see your endocrinologist to make sure you don't have a rare complication from this type of surgery.
