HBsAG cutt off value is 2851.41

this test is old and useless, it can only confirm you have hbv infection but it is not helpful to say the state of infection

you have to make hbsag quantitative test with unit in iu/ml and cutoff sensibility 0.05iu/ml, the machine is called abbott architect or roches hbsag quant

also hbvdna pcr is necessary with sensibility 6iu/ml or at least 12iu/ml (if 20iu/ml or higher not very usefull if you have hbvdna undetactable)

if you dont know if you are cronic (chronic) or acute check also hbcab igm, if it is negative you are cronic (chronic)
