if you are in sri lanka probably many tests are missing to see if your liver is damaged, if hbsag is positive you must check your liver damage by a fibroscan or by a biopsy, there is no other way or test to tell you the damage of the liver, all blood tests are useless for this because when liver function gets abnormal the liver is at end stage disease with no possible regression of the damage
hbv is not always malignant and most of hbv carriers have no liver damage and disease inactive for most of the life but about 30% get cirrhosis and liver cancer, since you are 47yo you probably have liver damage and need therapy and best drugs at your age are tenofovir or entecavir to take life long but do check liver damage before starting therapy because therapy is only to stop liver damage and have no effect on virus
