Hepatitis B Diagnosis

I am a 20 year old indian male. I was recently found Hbsag positive(above 250 IU/ml). Here are my other test reports.
HbeAg= 0.02(negative)
ANTI HBeAG= 0.01(positive)
ANTI HBc(TOTAL)= 0.02(positive)
Anti HCV= Negative
Prothrombin Time= 15 secs
Prothrombin Control= 15 secs
Prothrombin-INR= 1.5

LFT
Bilrubin Total= 1.0
Bilrubin Direct= 0.3
Bilrubin indirect= 0.7
SGOT= 32.0
SGPT= 25.0
Alkaline Phospate= 138.0
Total Proteins= 8.4
S.albumin= 4.7
S.globulin= 3.7
A/G Ratio= 1.2
Now after observing these reports my doctor says that i have been infected recently with this virus & shown good immune response as i have no symptoms at all. My LFT were also absolutely normal & that there is a good chance that i will completely fight off the virus in near future. Right now according to him, i am in an inactive state.
Now do you agree with him?. What i would like to know is your opinion & that whether i have been infected a long time ago or recently as said by my doctor?

Your data indicate that you had previous exposure to HBV and HBV now is still in your system.

To be certain that you have cleared HBV and have become immune your HBsAg needs to be negative and anti-HBs positive.

At present you need to be liver friendly and have your doctor monitor:

    *  Avoid drinking alcohol. Alcohol speeds the progression of liver disease.
    * Avoid medications that may cause liver damage. Your doctor can advise you about these medications, which may include over-the-counter (OTC) medications as well as prescription drugs. It's especially important to avoid using acetaminophen (Tylenol, others), which can cause liver damage even in healthy people.
    * Eat the healthiest diet you can. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. Healthy foods help keep you strong, give you more energy and support your immune system. If you're nauseated, try eating small meals throughout the day. Choose foods that are soothing and easy to digest, such as soups, broths or a plain baked potato. A registered dietitian can be especially helpful if you have weight loss or trouble eating.
    * Get regular exercise. Exercise helps increase your strength and energy levels.
    * Get enough sleep. Rest when you need to.
