Hepatitis B
My HBsAg result is Reactive with patient value 5463.37 one day ago. While A.L.T=26 & A.S.T=17 in my LFT.

Is it high value of infection and dangerous. Also please note that in 2007 my Hepatitis B virus by PCR was Negative.

Hi, was HbeAg done? Now how are the viral loads? In patients with low viral loads, higher hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) levels have been shown to predict Hepatocellular carcinoma development. So, follow up with your doctor and keep monitoring the levels. Regards.
