Results question
Hep B surface ab >1000
unfortunately that's all that's on the test results.

I've been feeling ill for months, I've got a lot of hep symptoms especially yellow eyes and apparently I was infected at some point.

I was assured by my doctor, who didn't even tell  or ask me about the result initially, that such a high antibody count means the body naturally cured the virus and I don't have a chance of spreading it.

Without a full hep panel there's no way to know if this result is accurate right?

With such high HBsAb titre, it does seem you have recovered from a recent infection. Just test your HBsAg next time to make sure.
