are considered reactive

this is my test result does vaccine in hep b can clear the virus or just prevent the virus....thnx for the patience of replying my question...tnx

You are a chronic hep-B carrier (IgM is non-reactive). Vaccination is not going to help you. Get yourself tested further for viral load(PCR test).

You need to get anti-HBc IgM tested.

If this is positive then you have acute infection, otherwise chronic.
