viread side effect

been taking a viread for a week now. experiencing sleeplessness, sweating (spontaneously - 2 twice a day) and tiredness (first two days and it's getting better)

Should I be concerned? or wait and see if sides go away? Please help

no concern at all if you check creatinine baseline and then weekly first month (you need baseline value because creatinne normal ranges have no real meaning in terms of no kidneys damage, you should check if there is increase or not and how much, if a lot of increase then check clearance) and lactic acidosis test.

try melatonin to take as the sun goes down and you have dark, within two hours you should notice you feel tired, 3mg might be ok, i use 5-10mg.it has no toxicity at any dosage, boost immune system a little, antioxidant, anticancer effect as prevention (actually there are trials on cancer too with chemio at 20-50mg daily and response), antifibrotic

i think all sides not related to tenofovir anyway, dont worry and keep using the drug
