viral load

my viral load went from 1,178,000 to 7,200,000 in 1 month. what does this mean? Also my liver enzymes are close to normal. Can viral load go up and down that much for no reason? Also can you feel different if viral load goes up?

Viral load fluctuate a lot and really don't have too much meaning until you are treating.  Then you want to see it go away quickly.  And while enzymes looking normal can be encouraging there are people here who had almost normal enzymes but found that their livers had damage when they were given a biopsy.  Do you know your genotype?  Have you had a biopsy?  I ask because if you have one of the easy genotypes (2 or 3) you may just want to treat without even bothering with a biopsy.  But if you have the stubborn genotype (1, and I think 4) you would want to have a biopsy because if you have minimal damage you may want to wait till the new drugs are available to treat.  They may lower treatment time.
