Another question regarding Hep C and pregnancy

Hello again,
First, thanks for the other response regarding Hep C and pregnancy.
Here is my next question:
The risk of your baby getting Hep C from a mother who is positive is 5-10%, correct?  Because my count is low (250,000) I have been led to believe the risk could be even lower (less than 5%), is this correct?  Also, if my child was born with Hepatitis C, is there a chance the babies count would be low and remain low like mine?  Is there a chance it would affect the baby completely differently and he/she could have an extremely high count?
Thanks again, I appreciate your help and your honesty.
Connie
