? Herpes or not and what to do?

by alena99, Apr 17, 2009 04:50PM
-  I have been tested for everything( not sure if they were testing spesificly for herpes) every 6 months in the past 5 years, but the outbreakes are always coming in the between time. Can I have a herpes if I never been diagnosed + but at the time of my appointment I never had an outbreakes other?
-  If I'm herpes + and I will get tested again, how does it effect my health in general besides the symptoms.
-  Can I still have unprotected sex with my partner when i don't show any symptoms or I have to take some pill?
i'm pretty sure because i have been looking at photos and it looks just like it , I never though of having anything because it would come only once or twice a year so I was just thinking it could be a irritation on shaving creem or something
Thank you.

First thing you need to do is to see if you were actually ever blood tested for herpes before . If you weren't then you need to get tested.  Your partner also needs tested to know their status.
