Is it herpes?

Hi, about a week ago I received unprotected oral sex, I only had my penis sucked and not my scrotum, but after about 3 days i noticed my scrotum started to itch, there were not any rashes, bumps, pimples or anything of the like. Just a very mild itch only on my scrotum, my penis does not itch and it does not have any rashes or pimples whatsoever. I have been worried that it might be herpes, the itch comes and goes and it is very mild. It kind of feels like the itch you get one your pubic hair starts to grow back after having shaven (i shaved about 3 weeks ago and its grown back for the most part). I do not know if the itch could be because of the summer and my sweat although this never occurred before, so I am kind of leaning towards an std maybe herpes. I do not have any pain in the region and everything feels normal. It does not burn when I pee and my penis shows no symptoms. All I have is a minor intermittent itch on my scrotum. Could this be herpes or another std?

I forgot to mention that I also do not have any flu like symptoms. I read about people not having any or few symptoms to the point where they don't know they are infected. Can someone please help me? I am kind of worried
