Very Worried. Need help

I am a 20 male who just recently had unprotected sex on late Friday night and then early Saturday morning. Later that Saturday, one very tiny red bump appeared right at the area where the foreskin seems to be connected. Two or so days later, a very tiny small red bump appeared about halfway down my shaft but seems to be below the first red bump. They are not touching and are a pretty good distance apart. These are very small bumps and seem nothing like the pictures of blisters and what herpes is supposed to look like. It has now been about four or five days after I had the sex and it is still the same two bumps but they do not hurt or itch, and never have since they've appeared. I really need some assistance

you need to be seen and get this looked at. We'd just be guessing and you need testing done if this is herpes going on.
