My ex bf and I recently broke up from a terrible relationship.  I told him a month before that I had herpes only after we had sex for a few months.  Now he is so angry that one, I didn't beg him back and two, that he possibly has herpes from me that he said he is going to tell everyone about it and possibly sue me.  Not only am I heartbroke,and I'm sure he is too, but scared to death.

Well even though I don't agree with most of his behavior, he certainly  has the right to be angry about you not talking about your herpes until a few months into having sex with him.  

At this point he can get tested 3 months after the last time he had sex with you to see what his status is. if he's never been tested for herpes before, no way to know if he tests + if he got it from you or not.  He can take you to civil court for not discussing your known herpes status with him prior to sex if he can prove he contracted hsv2 from you.
