Reporting my health conditions

I'm not sure I understand the question.

MedHelp has forums that are dedicated to different topics - http://www.medhelp.org/forums/list  If you have a question about something, find the appropriate forum, and post your question in that forum.

If you are looking for a place to track certain conditions, see our Tracker list and other health tools - http://www.medhelp.org/health_tools  ;

You can also create a Personal Health Record. To create a PHR, go to "My MedHelp". Next to the profile tab, you'll see a tab with an add (+) sign on it. If you click the tab, you can choose to create a PHR. Then just fill out the information in the different panels.  You can also click this - http://www.medhelp.org/land/health-records
