buongiorno volevo chiedere cosa mi consigliate ho le coscie e polpacci robuste penso perchè ho praticato 1 anno e mezzo di teakwondo tipo karate! e volevo sapere per chi mi può indirizzare come perdere kili solo sulle gambe...faccio della camminata sostenuta quasi ogni giorno per 2 ore sul mio tapis roulant ma non vedo nessun cambiamento! sono disperata di sopra sono magra e sulle gambe che sono grossa...aiuto grazie
