I just can't bare the pain !

During the past 5-6 days I have started getting a weird "Half" lower back-ache on my left side. Its severe I can't bend without feeling pain even when I walk I feel the pain even on bed I feel the pain while turning from one side to another along with this I feel very tired and lazy lately.
Addtional info : before 2 weeks I had a lung infection before which I had a viral fever and now this, could this be a pain related to kidney?

This does not sound like kidney stone pain, but if it is this bad, you should be seen by a doctor and have some imaging like an x-ray, ultrasound or CT scan and a urine test done. This will determine if it is a kidney problem, or something else.
