Liver Hemangioma

I am a 28 year old female, slightly overweight and smoke, but otherwise very healthy. I began having extremely bad pains under my right ribs, a feeling of pressure, fever (low grade), nausea and vomiting and lack of appetite. After two ultra sounds, many blood tests and a CT scan, I am being sent for a second HIDA scan. My WBC are elevated, and the CT scan showed a hepatic hemangioma. I am concerned as I had an aggressive compound hemangioma on my spine as a child that required shots to involute. Can the two be linked? I had alot of pain from the hemangioma on my spine, and am concerned that I will be pushed into removal of my gall bladder even though there is no evidence that it is to blame for the pain I am in, and that perhaps it should be the liver hemangioma that should be reviewed more closely. Are the two linked, and are there additional tests I should be requesting? I have heard they can grow on any part of the body including the brain, and I have started to get horrible migraines in the last 6 months. I am really concerned about this and would appreciate any answers or guidance you may have.
