Liver Lesions

Since Sept of 2010 I have been having CT Scans to monitor for changes in nodules on my lungs.  These have remained unchanged.  In December they found 2 lesions on my liver.  Had an MRI in April which could not confirm benign or malignant growth. Had a biopsy 3 weeks later, the smaller of the 2 at 1.5cm was determined to be benign.  This one is actually on the liver.  The larger at 5.6 x 3.5 x 2.3 cm is undetermined for benign or malignancy.  The wording on the report was  'nonspecific ovoid lesion between the inferior right hepatic lobe and the superior aspect of the right kidney.  How is it possible for the report to also indicate that the liver, spleen, pancreas, adrenal glands, gallbladder and biliary duct to be normal, and where could this lesion have come from?   Also I am not having any symptoms apart from the occasional migraine headaches which I have had for years.  Could this be due to the fact that I had Jaundice as a teenager?  I am now 62.
