Made mistake last night, is there possible liver damage?

Hi. Last night i took 4 Watson853 pills (10 mg hydrocodone/325 mg ACETAMINOPHEN) at once. I had also been drinking a bit heavily throughout the weekend. I felt fine until i woke up and was very nauseus and vomited until about 2 PM. I was wondering if i may have ingested a toxic amount of acetaminophen or was the nausea and vomting due to a hangover/drug interaction?

You shouldn't take more than the sugested dosage. But one time taking five I don't know if that would hurt you. I would worry more about the large amount of alcohol and then with taking 5 pills. I would not do it again. I wouldn't drink at all if I was you. Good luck.
