SYMPTOMATIC HEPATIC CYST WHILE PREGNANT

I was just recently diagnosed with a symptomatic hepatic cyst on my liver measuring 10x6x6 centimeters which is fairly large, it has also hemoraged at some point in time. i am 15 weeks pregnant, and am in extreme pain from this. I had a similar cyst in 2005 and it was drained and was found to be a bile cyst this cyst now is in the same place but is larger. I was admited to the hospital for a week, given pain meds and released. I have an appointment with a surgeon this week to discuss surgery, they said the second trimester was the perfect time to have the surgery. This is very scary for me and I would like any information available about this especially from someone who has preformed this surgery before, or someone who has had this surgery before and what the outcome was.
