Significance of belirubin levels

I was suffering from Jaundice a couple of month back ,last week when i did my sgpt and belirubin level they were Sgpt -48 , s.belirubin direct -1.1 s.belirubin indirect -0.7 and total belirubin -1.8 ,today again we have checked my levels and they are now sgpt-45 s.belirubin direct -0.6 ,s.belirubin indirect - 1.1 (increased) and Total belirubin - 1.7.
Kindly tell us what is the significance of elivated levels of s.belirubin indirect.

indirect bilirubin elevation is almost always due to gilbert's disease, a benign enzyme defect in the liver.  hemolysis of red blood cell could also cause it, as well as a slightly elevated AST.
