Swine flu second vaccination

Swine flu second vaccination

At first, I would like to inform you that on January 6, 1998 I underwent an Orthotopic Liver Transplant operation at the Mount Sinai Hospital.  My first allograft failed and I received a second transplant on January 9, 1998.  Despite receiving an ABO incompatible liver (blood type A donor), I have been doing well.  My blood type is O+.

I was vaccinated with the Focetria vaccine of Novartis co. on November 27, 2009 without any side effects for protection against the swine flu H1N1 virus.

My question is whether I should repeat the vaccination (get a second vaccination) in order to have my immune system strengthened against the swine flu virus.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Thank you very much.

                                                                Truly yours,
