Herbal drink for fatigue/pain

A local doctor recommend that my wife buy a herbal product called 'Viaviente' that he sells.  It cost about $130 for three bottle that should last about one month.  He claims it will relieve fatique, help with aches & pains and in general make her feel better.

I checked on the internet and it appears to be a concoction of primarily fruit juices and herbs.

Is this a viable alternative to hormone replacement?  Will it do what he claims?
