Do I need to be seen again for this miscarriage?

I am 39, have 3 beautiful children and am on my 3rd miscarriage. Bleeding started only 6 days after a normal period. After bleeding and cramping for a week, a pregnancy test came out positive. Two days later another also.
  On Nov 19 I went to ER and came back two days later on their ordersr(on Thankgsgiving) for more bloodwork. Showed it was a miscarriage and I was @ 3 weeks. They want it to happen naturally but here I am a week later with heavy bleeding and bad(sometimes almost unbearable) cramping. Also both visits to ER the docs said they couldnt rule out ectopic.
    I have had 3 d&c's and a really bad infection(5 day hospital stay) from other two miscarriages. I'm 2 1/2 weeks into this miscarriage with no signs of it letting up.I'm taking pain meds and an anti-inflamatory.  The pain and bleeding does ease up some and when I start to hope it's stopping it comes back harder than ever. I also took another pregnancy test today...still positive.
     Please can anyone help me? Do I get seen again at the ER tomorrow? We are all so scared for my health.
