Lupus Anticoagulant

I have had 3 previous miscarriages (from 2006-2007) and am pregnant again. I have a new dr. and b/c of my history, she had several tests ran on me and found out that I have lupus anticoagulant which is causing me to miscarry. I found out that I was pregnant 2 weeks ago and started taking children aspirin 1 week later at the advice of my dr. My HGH levels have been rising but not every 48 hrs like my dr. wants...on 8/21, HGH levels=6000, on 8/25=19,000, on 8/27=36,000 (my dr. was expecting this one to go to 38,000). I am 5 wk, 6 days; I had a u/s on 8/26 but just like the tech told me beforehand, we did not see anything...just saw the yolk sac and gestational sac. My dr. wants me to have another u/s next week to hopefully see a heartbeat and if we do, i have to started twice daily heparin injections b/c of my disorder. I feel very optimistic about this pregnancy as i am having symptoms and everything...I will continue to take the baby aspirin but was wanting to know if I have a chance to save this pregnancy? I guess my dr. is being cautious b/c of my history, but I just want to know if I can save this baby?

I will pray that you do, try not to stress too much, I'm sure that doesn’t help. Just leave it up to God, that's all you can do. Continue to communicate with your doctor, I wish I could have prevented my miscarriage, but you just have to move on and have faith. I wish you the best
