could it be another miscarriage

I'm 5 weeks 6 days, have a few days of Brownish spotting when I wipe but not on pad or underwear.
I've had 2miscarriages already and I'm terrified of losing another baby, is discharge spotting supposed to have a smell

I had same spotting for two weeks, around same time, and it turned out to be a missed miscarriage. If it smells though, it is an  infection. Either way, I would go to dr asap.
