Totally OT - Good News for a change!

Granddaughter #3, Alice, arrived on Saturday, Nov. 13.  She shares a birthday with her sister Madeline, who turned 3.  Clara, 6, rounds out the threesome.  


Alice is a very healthy 7lb 6 oz, 21" baby and she and Mom are well.  Our son is happy and trying hard to not be overwhelmed by all these girls.  

Great happiness and joy  sure can come in very small packages!

Congrats grandma - isn't she lovely - it's such a wonderful feeling isn't it.

I have 2 grandchildren one boy and one girl but I had 3 girls myself before I had a boy so you never know.

I will be a grandma for the 3rd time upcoming March 2011 to a little boy.  I have 2 granddaughters, so a little boy is exciting this time around.

Now i have an almost 25yr old, the babies are starting to turn up with her friends, though i've told her she's NOT ALLOWED to have a bub, if i'm still filling her Christmas stocking with my little ponies!

Thanks everyone.  Being a grandma is so much more fun than being a mom - if you haven't been one yet, take my word for it!  Our son is taking it all in stride - even their two dogs are female, so he is truly outnumbered.  

I am one of 5 girls, so my dad can give him lots of advice, such as build an additional bathroom once they become school age! LOL
