For Women- Strange Sensation

Ladies:

I can't find this described anywhere, so I'm going to throw it out as a question.

Has anyone experienced either a sensation of coldness or warmth flushing through the vagina?

I've felt the coldness once and the warmth several times. It does not spread through the rest of the body and doesn't last long, but may recur several times during the day.

?????

I don't know if this will be helpful or not, but I experienced that same warm, wet sensation when I got the contrast for part 2 of my CT scans. Thank goodness the technician warned me, as I was sure I had wet my pants.  Since it is a known side effect of the contrast, perhaps you can do some research on it to see if it is understood.  Perhaps you are having the same sensation from a neurological problem that the contrast drug triggers.

P.S. I did not experience this with MRI contrast. Only with the CT contrast.

I cant say i have experienced what your talking about, i'm more loss of sensation, spasms and a rather odd feeling of my insides pushing down, like the muscle has got stuck and cant relax back to normal, doesnt happen very often but when it does its not nice. Never cold but the internal heat has become an issue during intercourse, though i am talking about cause and affect, never all by its self for no reason. ROFL that was probably to much information :D

Cheers...........JJ

I have had vibrations and muscle twitching in that area... and I wouldn't volcalize it any where else but here. It is hard enough to get doctor's to believe my twitching and jerking are typical in MS (until I saw an expert) let alone in my female parts! Ugh

Tasha, I'm a limbolander too and have been getting that zap lately too. I get stabbing electrical zaps other places but dang there should be off limits.

Yes but whether it was my MS or not I can't say. I think it is my MS. But with me I have so many female issues it is hard to say. Anyway I can say it is nerves getting the wrong signals or a signal getting messed up.

Hi Audrey,

I just wanted you to know that you're not being ignored...  Probably, no one who has been on the boards today has experienced this.  Maybe later someone will answer your post, (someone that actually knows something! sorry.)
