We were going away for the weekend so (after resting for a bit) I taped up my toes and we left. When we got there I realized I really couldn't walk more than a few steps. I got some crutches to make it through the long weekend. Yesterday I saw the podiatrist and she gave my a hard soled "boot" that I can walk in (SOOOO much better than crutches). Only one toe was brokenBroken bone Broken or knocked out tooth (I though maybe two) but they hurt like the dickens if anything touches them!
Dr. said 3 weeks in the boot. Hopefully the pain will get better before that! (It is already better than it was, but I just can't put any pressure on it at all.)
It's always something, right? We'll blame it on the MS anyway - spatial awareness, clumsiness and all that other stuff that comes with the MS ..... :-)
