Hi Melissa,
Its good to hear your experience was not so bad.  Yes, its a drag to inject daily, but it would be worse to be dragging my body arouond with problems that could have been prevented.

They are right thaty ou won't feel an immediate difference on the copax - it is working quietly behind the scences.  You may not feel a difference at all, or it may take 6-9 months.

Whatever made you sleep through the night- I am envious! :-)

be well,
Lulu

I've been on copaxone since June and it turned out to be easier to administer than I thought it would be.

My neurologist told me last visit that it can take 6 months, but some people do see a difference in their symptoms.  But again, that doesn't happen overnight, instead a several months.  Now, don't ask Shared Solutions about that as the FDA did not give them approval to tout that it helps with symptoms.

Regardless, the fact that you are taking a drug to help slow the progression is the most important reason for being on it.

One more thing...Your reactions should get less intense as time goes on and your body gets used to the medication.  Mine are finally starting to calm down.  Then again, you may be one of the lucky ones who only gets small reactions.  I hope so.

Wishing you easy injections with few reactions.

Julie

This is good to hear because I am just beginning the process.  I talked to Shared Solutions today and they are setting it all up.  Charley

Glad to hear it went well. Copaxone should not make you feel different it is to slow the progression. I started in April and have noticed nothing. It does nothing for symptoms. Good luck to you,

Alex
