Hi Sarah, and happy new year to you. Supplements? I am on none and none of my many doctors have ever suggested them other than calcium.
I'm on Vit D, 1,000. and I take a Multi because I want too, not that the dr told me too.

and Happy new Year...
Hi Sarah, Happy New Year to you, hope you had a great one.
As far as you question about supplements, I take 2000IU of Vitamin D, a B50 capsule, physillium 3 times a day, Cal/and Mag. 2 333mg, per day, the Cal/Mag is for the IBS, and the physillium too, and for the rest, I just chucked them in there to hlep, and the Dr. did not seem to care about it. But , did mention that 2000 IU of Vit. D is a good thing.
I was on hormone replacement, but have since gone off it, as my sister was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, and had her mastectomy a few weeks before Christmas. So, we are actually trying things herbally, as well as Dr. prescribed.
You can message me if you want, and I can give you some more info.
